Technical University Munich is the venue for the meetings of the IFRF Executive and Joint Committees on Monday and Tuesday of this week as well as for the two special workshops which will take forward the IFRF Members’ Research Programme.  Validation of combustion modelling for practical combustion systems takes place on Tuesday afternoon and the Solid Fuel Database Workshop on Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile in the UK, The British Flame Research Committee wil hold its AGM as well as a one day event entitled New and Unusual Power Generation Processes which forms part of the BFRC Meeting Technical Challenges Series.
